Shower only turns off at isolator !!

Have just bought a new switch for as2000xt (front cover). When turned on at the isolator, but in the off position on the shower unit, the motor runs but no water comes out. If I then press the switch to on, water comes out. We are using the pull cord switch to operate the shower, with the unit switch permanently on. The PCB board was changed as well. Can you advise please ?

One of our engineers has found that if you replace the PBC then you have to also replace the coil on the solenoid ... at the moment we can’t explain why this is however it does appear to resolve the problem.
