This question is regarding Triton AS2000XT Thermostatic Power Shower (White/Chrome)

Sudden low / no flow - pump running OK

3 year old shower sudden problem with flow significantly reduced. Pump and motor working; water feed is good, flow runs for few seconds and then stops; low flow starts when temp turned up, can hear pump running - can the thermostatic valve fail?

Yes could be a faulty Thermostatic valve however first checkthe inlet filters are clean and clear.
