This question is regarding Triton AS2000XT Thermostatic Power Shower (White/Chrome)

tingling from new shower

keep getting a tingling from new shower, do not get it when standing on bathroom floor, only when in bath. Bath is plastic. Had an electrician in who has said alol electrics ok, may be a fault with shower

Unlikely to be a fault with the shower however as it is anew unit I would give Triton a ring they will send out an engineer to check.

My advice would be not to use it until you have had itchecked, however if the electrician couldn’t find anything it may be OK to use.
