Water drips out and pump makes a loud rumbling noise
The shower is just over a year old,and 1 in 10 times of usage after about
1 minute of running the water will come out at a dribble and the pump makes a loud rumpling noise,if I try and turn it off and on again or turn the dials it makes no differance,I have to leave it and come back a hour later and it will be fine,water feed is fine,as it comes straight from the tank the hot and from the mains the cold.

Both hot and cold should come from the tank the shower is not designed for mains pressure.
