Water pressure

I am in a block with no header tank. Can I fit a reducing valve to lower the cold water pressure.

Yes you should be able to fit a pressure reducing valve, however I would have a word with a plumber first, to make sure that it is fitted correctly and that it doesn't contravene any of the water by-laws
