This question is regarding Triton AS2000XT Thermostatic Power Shower (White/Chrome)

water temp. goes hot or cold when temp. adjusted

Had this shower for almost 2 years and now if you move the temperature adjustment very slightly (2 or 3mm) the water goes cold or very hot. There's no regulation at all. Also, if you turn the temp. adjustment back & forth through its entire range, the position of where the temp. of the water is ok is in a completely different position.

First check that there is nothing , like the gear wheel , broken inside. Then check that the head, hose and inlet filters are clear. If these are ok then you may have a faulty temperature valve.
