Is this 9.5kw?

No

This is a power shower and uses the hot water that isstored in the hot water tank.

 

Electric: These showers heat their own waterand are usually connected directly to the mains water and electricity supply.They can range from 7.5kw - 10.8kw.

Mixer: These showers blend hot and coldwater. There are two main types of mixer showers, manual valves and thermostaticallycontrolled mixing valves.

Power: These showers have a blending valve,(manual or thermostatic) and a small pump housed in the same case.
