Shower making an electrical sounding buzzing noise

Hi, I have had this shower for about 4 years now and it's worked fine. The shower still works fine with good water flow, no apparent leaks etc. however, over the past 5 months whilst with most showers you hear a slight electrical humming whilst the unit is in operation, lately this humming or electrician buzz has got louder and louder. I am concerned that it is going to just cut out on me suddenly soon. I have searched your site and elsewhere and can't find anything that relates to such a buzzing noise and how to fix it, most mention the solenoid but as I am having no issue with water flow etc I didn't think it would be this. I am concerned it may be the heating element about to give up.

Can you help and suggest what would be causing the buzzing noise and how to stop it ?

I live in North east Scotland so we don't suffer from water scaling so it won't be anything like that either.

Hope you can help, many thanks.

It maybe a number of things, solenoid , pcb or the heating can. You may also want to check that the wiring is tight internally.
