Triton Aspirante problem

My Triton Aspirante GLS will not come on when the the start button is pressed? Some times there is a boiling sound comes from the unit and once the power switch is pressed in about 5 seconds the blue cold button flashes, no water comes from the unit?

You may have a faulty , www.showerdoc.com/triton-power-pcb-with-screws-83315930

Replacing it is the only way to check.
