Will not switch off

I see that this is a common fault with this shower. I have inspected the pcb and there are no burn marks. Mine was installed January 2012 and purchased from your company (details below).

The off switch moves quite freely although the other 3 switches appear to have a tiny bit more movement available. I wonder if you could advise a repair as I see from Amazon reviews that some replacement panels have failed too

Do the more recent units have the modified pcb?

You will have to replace both the power PCB and the cover PCB which can be ordered via the link below but take note of the instructions on fitting these items.
