Power rating

Your spec says 8.5/9.5kW. Does this mean that when switched to low power mode, it uses 8.5kW or are these options for the high power mode?

8.5 and 9.5 refers to the output of the shower, there are 2 models if you are replacing a shower then you are best to stick with the same output as the original, unless you have some one check that the wiring and fuse can take the higher output, if it is a new installation always go for the higher output.
