low water pressure on hot

ok when on cold soon as you turn knob onto about 5 the water turns to a dribble, back to cold ok.just replaced the solenoid valve offf yourself no difference no warning light about low press

The things to check first are.

1 That the main valve coming into your house is fully open.

2 Then check that the valve on the line to the shower is fully open.

This could be a few things, however......

Assuming the water supply tothe unit is OK  have a look at parts 12and 13

Part 12 is the stepper motormake sure you can hear it working when you change the temperature and not jumpingon the cog on the stabiliser valve also if you here the motor straining it maybe that the stabiliser valve (part 13) is sticking internally which would meanreplacing the valve.

Without being able to see andhear this it is very difficult to put a finger on the problem however if it isany help we sell many more stab valves than we do stepper motors.
