Control panel unit no lights, dead

Hi, I have Topaz T200i. Yesterday I found out there is no light on the control panel. I checked with multimeter and I think the thermal cut out (22008310) is not working. I made some research and I think 22009860 will work as replacement. But I'm worrying whether it is possible any different fault to cause the problem and when I replace the TCO the fault to happens again. Please advice.

If you are getting power to the connecter block then you may have a faulty PCB or transformer.
