Triton T80si

My Triton T80si electric shower is leaking from the thermal cutout and the low pressure indicator is showing red. How should I fix this problem?

The main Thermal Cut Out is not in contact with the water soit would seam unlikely that it is leaking from there, however if the lowpressure light is on that would suggest that that the TCO is faulty

A faulty TCO will have nocontinuity across the two terminals (The black thing on top of the heatingtank)

Therefore a good TCO will have power at bothconnections and a faulty TCO will have power at only one.

(The function of the TCO is, if the water over heats itcuts the power off to the elements)

See Video.

If the TCO is faulty I think you need to trplace this firstthen try to trace the leak.

To trace the leak switch the power off remove the cover anddry it out carefully (Use something like toilet roil that is absorbent) refitthe cover and switch on for a few seconds, switch off remove the cover and haveanother look, you may have to repeat this several times to be able to trace theleak.
