Temperature on lowest setting is 44 degrees and rises to over 60

I cannot get the thermostat to go any lower that 44 degrees when the dial is turned fully anti clockwise. I removed the shower head and hose and ensured that the spigots are correct with flat head upwards.

If this fault has just occurred , then you may have a faulty main pbc or the thermister could be the cause.
The only way to test this is by substitution.
