Triton Avon not working

Hi, shower stopped working had a new pump fitted and then the shower worked for a couple of minutes then stopped nothing since. Filters are clear and clean. Can you suggest what I am missing to get it working again. Many thanks.

It sounds to me that it has something to do with fitting the new pump, it was OK before the pump and not after so that points to the pump.

You may have an air lock ....If you have a shower head on hose, remove the head and leave the hose in the bottom of the bath or shower tray for three or four mins it may draw the water through.

If that doesn't work,Is the water getting to the pump?

Turn off the water disconnect the hoses and put them into a bucket or basin and turn the water on if you have no water then you have an air lock.
