Bewitch only stops using isolator

My Triton Bewitch has been working fine till today, I pressed the on button to rinse the bath then off again but the water still flows the same and won`t turn off even turning the electrical supply off, but only stops using the isolator switch on the pipe. Could this be the control pcb assembly at fault or the solenoid!!

It`s 5 years old.

If when you switch off the shower at the main isolatorand the shower keeps running then you have a faulty solenoid.

When you switch off the shower at the mainisolator  and the water stops  running, then you have a faulty on/off switchor a faulty PCB or a micro switch that is sticking on.

So in your case I think you need a new solenoidvalve
