All new set-up ~ still no water or power

Further to my Jade II 'no water & no power' problem (9/7/12), we have replaced ceiling pull cord switch for new and installed brand new Bezique II unit.



But... still no power lights, water or any signs of life at all. That said, a test with multi-meter reveals mains power ~is~ coming into the unit and responds to the on/off pull cord switch.



How can we have power & water supply plus a brand new shower only for the problem to persist ?

This sounds more like an electrical problem than a shower fault

You may have a faulty neutral wire somewhere so when youtest for power it will show  240v howeveras soon as you try to draw any power the neutral will fail and nothing willwork.
