This question is regarding Triton Bezique II - Shower Spares

Triton Bezique 11 big problem. HELP/REASSURANCE PLEASE

This morning our shower suddenly boiled the water and without warning, it scalded my husband while he was showering.



This was very frightening. We have had the shower ten years, but surely there must be some warning if it is about to do something as dangerous as happened this morning. I am now scared to install another Triton shower.

You should contact Triton direct about this as they may want to send out a technician to see/solve the problem.
