triton bezique II electric shower

hi i have had my shower a year.when i put it on it pours out with water at the bottom of the unit box. which i think is the overflow.could u please tell me what the problem is and what i need to fix it if it can be fixed.thankyou. kirsty.

I think the Pressure Relief Device (PRD) has blown.

It’s a safety device on the bottom of the heating tank.

It is fairly easy to replace however there is usually something that causes it to blow, often a kink in the hose or the showerhead is blocked, so check this before fitting the new PRD.
