Triton Biarritz shower won't switch off

Hi, I have a Triton Biarritz which has been working fine but recently the only way that I can switch the shower on and off is by pulling the ceiling pull. The temperature knob feels a bit loose but I can still select the temperature. It is only when I put it back to zero position that the water keeps on running. Is this something that can be sorted out easily? If so what part do I need to replace? Many thanks for your help.

If it switches off when you pull the pull cord then you may have a micro switch that is stuck in the on position or there is a short somewhere.

Switch the power off to the unit remove the cover and have a look inside.
