Hi , I need to change the flow cartridge but cannot work out how to get the actual flow control off ? I have took the screw out but there doesnt seem any other screws keeping it in place and it doesnt just pull off ? What am I missing ?! Thanks

You need to unscrew the cartridge to get it out.

I can't actually get to the cartridge as can't get the control off , that's the problem ! I have a diagram from the instructions . One screw and a washer which I got off but how does the actual control knob come off ?

Once the screw is removed the handle should just pull off.
