This question is regarding Triton Capella Thermostatic Mixer Shower - Shower Spares

controls very stiff and sticking

I have had this shower 5 years and it has worked perfectly, however the control knobs on both sides are now stiff and sticking. It still works at the correct temperature but to turn the knobs I have to get a wet towel on them and use all my strength.

Any ideas.

You could try servicing the on/off cartridge , but as you cant do this for the thermostatic one you may need a new one on this side.
