Triton Capella bar mixer shower

Water goes cold after 10 seconds even at the highest temperature. Plumber said to get a whole new bar but what if it's only one part that we need? Do you know which part it may be?

You need to check the filters and gate valves coming to the shower to make sure that they are clear and open. If they are then it maybe that the thermostatic part of your thermostatic cartridge is faulty, and then you will need to replace the part below,
