This question is regarding Triton CARA COVER ASSY - P25810600

problem with shower

just want to know what would be wrong we,ve just put shower in but you have to turn knob right around to 10 to get warm water to click on but goes scoulding and clicks straight back off again even when you turn it down to 6 or 7 its doesnt getting any cooler ??? this is brand new shower.

What make and model of shower do you have?

Is the shower fitted to the cold water mains supply?
Is the stop tap supplying the shower fully open?

It's a triton cara and it's plumbed into mains
