bruned out terminal blocks

i purchased a new cara 9.5 kw shower 2 months ago. I smelt burning coming from the shower and when I openned it up I saw the neutral wire to the terminal was burned out. the shower is wire on its own feed and has a 45amp fuse from the consumer unit.

Sorry for the delay in replying

The normal cause for this problem is the installer not tightening up the terminals fully

I depends how badly the shower has been affected often cutting the wires back and fitting a new terminal block will solve the problem.
