temperature levels

the shower does not seem to get very hot is it at all possible to raise the temperature levels within safety measures it is a fairly new machine not mine an elderly friend it was fitted by a registered plumber yours sincerely terry hamill

It is not possible to raise the temperature levels if the shower is working properly

The Cara comes in various power outputs.

For us to judge what performance you should expect then you would have to let us know what rating your shower is and the temperature of the incoming water supply to the shower.

You could just go back to the plumber and say that you are unhappy with the showers performance.
