Triton Cara shower goes red hot

Hi my shower goes really really hot like it’s burning my skin off, but I’ve turned the temperature right down and it goes even hotter, I turn it to hot and the pressure goes why can I do about it.

Turn the shower temperature control from fully cold to fully hot. When you do this slowly there should be a gradual change in temperature and flow. At fully hot you should have not much more than a dribble coming from the hose, and on fully cold you should have a good strong flow. If you do not have this difference, or the flow or temperature is erratic, then you may have a faulty flow/stabilizer valve.
