Triton cars switch carriage leaking water

Hi, I have replaced the PRD as water was leaking from this area, after replacement this is still leaking, I have checked with the shower front off and the water appears to be leaking from the top of item 3 on the diagram! I have noticed that this part is discontinued on your parts list, is there anything else I would need to check?

Item 3 has no water to it. There maybe a leak from the top of part 5 but this would not cause the prd to blow.

It’s a safety device on the bottom of the heating tank.

It is fairly easy to replace however there is usually something that causes it to activate, often a kink in the hose or the shower head is blocked, so check this before fitting the new PRD.
