Triton Pressure Relief Device(PRD)

I keep get water coming out of the PRD. I have change the shower head and pipe, I took the shower head off and just left the pipe on and turned the shower on and it worked ok, water just came out of the pipe and not the PRD. I have put a new pipe and head on and turn the shower on and water came out the PRD again. What should I do now??

Replace the PRD and fit a shower head like this ,
