Water not flowing

Hi there thanks for the reply about water not flowing I have tested the micro switch and it's ok Power supply to the solenoid is ok Solenoid still tests at 3.9k but still no water Central core of the solenoid appears to be slightly oval in shape and is very tight to install and remove do you think this is a concern How do I order a solenoid from your website or should I order from eBay Many thanks Garry
