Water pressure has dropped

Our Triton Cara is experiencing a problem where the water pressure has dropped. I have checked the other taps that use the same feed and they are fine. I have checked the hose and shower head thats fine. I have checked the outlet bit and the PRD is fine. If I remove the hose and just let it come out the outlet pipe you can see the water pressure is low. If I use it on Econ or Heat its really low if I use it on cold its a bit better. We've had the shower for a couple of years so could something be blocked ? I have seen mention an inlet filter but not exactly where this is or how to remove/check it. nb heatwise the shower is fine.

If this is clear then you may have a faulty stabiliser valve.
