Reduced water flow

The water flow is not as good as it was. Even when I rinse the bath with cold water after using the shower it does not improve. Also the on/off switch now makes a loud clunk when switched on or off. (There are no kinks in the hose and the shower head is clean)

Check the inlet filter is not blocked.

Turn the shower temperature control from fully cold to fully hot. When you do this slowly there should be a gradual change in temperature and flow. At fully hot you should have not much more than a dribble coming from the hose, and on fully cold you should have a good strong flow. If you do not have this difference, or the flow or temperature is erratic, then you may have a faulty flow/stabilizer valve.
