when the on/off knob on my bar shower broke i found shower doc/identify my shower, on the web. i sent a picture, but no one could identify it. i then found a set of exploded drawings and reasoned that the internals were all similar generic parts.
the sales person agreed that as long as i returned the parts in good order i could try as many as needed untill i found the right one. as luck would have it, the 1st on worked.
service was good. delivery was prompt. i would use this company again.
