Poor hot water flow
I would turn off the water, remove the cartridge, then turn the hot water on and then the cold water, for about 10secs. Each (if your valve is recessed the pack some plastic bags round it to stop the water running down behind the wall) this will allow both the hot and cold to flush through the cartridge.
If either one has a particularly poor flow then you may have a collapsed check valve and sleeve assembly.

If they are OK then you are probably going to have to replace the cartridge.
