Temperature control knob broke off of Triton Combi HP

Hi

The hot/cold temperature control knob on my Triton Combi HP broke off. It is basically a clear plastic spindle that has snapped at the cog that joins the temperature control knob. I bought from you a Triton Knob Set 83303640 expecting this to resolve the problem, but it doesn't have the clear plastic spindle. Please don't tell me that I have to spend £100 on a Triton HP Valve Cartridge 83304970 on the basis that a tiny piece of plastic has broken.

I am about to disappoint you David.....You know what is coming!!!!!

 

You are going to have to buy the complete cartridge!

 

That part is part of the cartridge and Triton only sell itas a complete unit...

Hi

The temperature control knob on my triton combi hp shower has broken off leaving a piece of the plastic in the wall & the clear plastic cog in the other part. How do I get this all back together again? Can I get the plastic bit out of the wall?
