Triton Combi HP

Hi, could you help please, I've fitted four new O rings and immersed the cartridge and brass valves in descaler fluid and it all looks very clean, but the shower still does not get very hot even though the hot water pipe is obviously very hot, what do you suggest?

There is a thermostat built into the cartridge and this maybe faulty. This cannot be removed and changed so you may need a new cartridge to solve the problem.
