Temperature handle no longer working

We've had one of these for around 4 years - north London very hard water. Volume start to 'gunk' up making it hard to turn on and off - but then suddenly this morning the temperature lever just 'broke' and now goes round and round. Water still comes out - but is just hot water so making showering a little tricky! I believe that there might be some kind of valve or something that has been affected by limescale - wondering what I need to replace to ideally get both bits working properly again?

You may get away with stripping the valve down and giving it a grease.

If the greasing doesn't work then toy will have to fit a service kit.
