hello ive got a new triton unichrome avon shower when its turned to temp 50 its only hot not to hot ive been told its the cartdgide off triton but shower is brand new but out off warranty it belonged to my mother I got it off her still with seals on box

Check that the inlet filters and cartridge filters are not blocked.

If these are ok then turn the dial to fully hot , remove it and replace it after turning it in your hand 90 degrees clock wise.

If this does not work then you may need a new cartridge.
