FLOW CONTROL KNOB IS STIFF TO TURN ON

IS THERE A REPLACEMENT FLOW CONTOL KNOB WITH MORE LEVERAGE AS MINE HAS VERY SMALL FINS/RIBS TO GRIP AND TURN

You maybe able to change the handles you have for the above.
