Triton Dart Mixer Shower

We have just installed a new boiler for our central heating and all taps etc are now operating at mains pressure. When our shower was turned on the "cartridge" locked shut and we need a new one. Is this the same as a Flow Regulator? If so, we would like to order part number 22011280 and arrange for an engineer to fit it.

This shower does not have a "Cartridge " as such. But an item , the "service kit " which makes up something that acts the same. The Flow Regulator is a different thing altogether.Your shower may only need to be re greased Etc.
