Help identifying part to fix problem

Second attempt at posting... I have a Dart Concentric Mixer (UCHR DART Concentric, 88002780). The water is running lukewarm. Initially thought this was a boiler fault, this has been ruled out by a heating engineer who has narrowed it down to likely being faulty non-return valves with cold water backwashing through the shower in to the hot supply (once the shower was isolated from the rest of the water plumbing then all taps in house started running run hot again). Can you please advise which parts I need to replace the NRVs?

The Dart doesn't have NRV's it is supposed to be connected to hot and cold supplies that have roughly equal pressures so you don have the effect of water transferring across the valve.

Below is a link to the fitting instructions you need to look at Page 3 point 1 under Important.

So from the checks your plumber has done it sounds like you have unequal pressures, the solution would be to fit a pressure reducing valve on the high pressure side.
