Noisy Shower

Hi, My Triton shower is now about 5years old and has recently developed an annoying loud humming noise when in use. This could temporarily "fixed" by turning the temperature up or down, but recently this no longer works. I suspect there is something loose vibrating causing the noise. Do you have any suggestions?

You could have a cartridge that is on its way out or the pressure to the shower may be different or the non return valves/ filters in the elbows could be the cause.
