Shower control unit Therm control

I cannot turn the shower off, even with the knob turned off as tight as i can get it still leaks via thev head

It sounds like the flow control valve on one of the inlets is faulty. Even when the shower is turned to the off position it is continuing to allow a trickle of water to pass. As such, in the absence of a seal / service kit, the flow control valve (on the hot/cold side) will need to be replaced. Please follow the links below to order this part from our website...
