Clamp leaking

I have a fault with the main on/off clamp - the shower constantly drips. Presumably a washer inside has perished. Is it difficult to take the unit apart and locate / replace the part, or will I need the help of a professional? Thanks

I would first check to see if your shower is still under warranty as these are quite new. If not then lubricating the internals may help. Failing that a service kit may be an option,  but due to the price this may not be economical.
