This question is regarding Triton Entice - Shower Spares

Electric shower

After having my shower fitted 6 weeks ago I have had problems with my hair ie green hair/ bad condition I asked a plumber why this was happening he said it wasn't the pipes as they have been flushed through I have a Walter filter on shower head plumber said it can only be the electric shower have you had any other problems like this

No we haven't heard of this before.

I would contact your local water authority they will test the water and this may help to isolate the fault.
