triton T100 xr

Hi, I checked the inlet filter, fully opened all valves, removed shower head and run the shower hose on full hot, (came out very hot) then turned it to fully cold and shower switched to one light showing low pressure, but flow of water was very good but cold, can you advice if it is the thermal cut out, or PRD, the electric shower is 2 to 3 years old and it is my second one, also I notice your prices are very competitive compare to triton, I will be bookmarking this page fo5r future spares and accessories, thank you for your help

I do not understand the fault you have are having with your shower . It seems to be getting hot as it should . If the low flow is coming up but you are still getting water , then the pressure may be too low. Can you clarify the fault?

after switching on the shower, (dial at 3 o'clock), water comes out very hot so I turn dial up to cold setting and it switches back to one light showing low water pressure (and only cold water comes out) after I switch the dial lower and both lights come on again and warms the water up, after a minute I can push dial up to colder setting and both lights stay on, and it appears to be back to normal providing a good shower.
the shower has always had low water pressure when washing machine is on and toilet is flushed,
is there anything I can do if the problem is low water pressure,
it gives me the impression that, when I set dial to colder shower there is more cold water going through the electric shower but not holding long enough to warm it up.

I apologised if I haven't explain my self very clear, I appreciate your help and was worth trying to solve the problem before i buy a new electric shower

many thanks

There is nothing to be done if the problem is low water pressure and the cause is multiple outlets. Most showers need to have 1.5 bar to work at an optimum.
