leaks

I have recently installed this product and have a water leak from the join between the mixer bar outlet to the riser bar inlet it seems as if the joint doesn't push tightly enough together and when the grub screw is done up a leak occurs.

From the image it looks like the "O" ring would be too flat to produce a good seal. Some PTFE tape on this area may help seal it better.
