TRITON FLOW CARTRIDGE
You don’t mention which shower you have, the cartridge is used in a few showers.
However....... Turn off the water and remove the knob probably a Pozidrive 2 screw holding it in place once you remove the end cap.
Make sure you put something in the waste in case you drop something, then it is just a case of unscrewing the cartridge (Spanner, Shifting spanner, or a pair of grips.) and fitting the new cartridge.
