This question is regarding Triton flow control (Sesca, Thames, Valdi) 83314160

I recently purchased Triton Flow Valve 83314160. In order to fit this I need the spline collar which fits to the flow valve and engages with the flow knob as the one on my shower is seized to the flow valve and I risk damaging it if I try to remove it. Where can you get these from? According to Triton they are not available as a spare part, which seems stupid, so I was wondering if you could suggest an alternative or indeed source them? Unfortunately Triton is correct this is not available as a spare.

All I can suggest is you go back to Triton and do the “pretty please act” if it is one of the parts they assemble locally they may take one of the line for you.
